ProCair Plus Mattress Replacement System

The ProCair Plus Mattress Replacement System is designed to provide advanced alternating pressure therapy for users at very high risk of pressure injury. It features AutoCair continuous automatic weight-sensing technology, which adjusts pressure settings in real time to help maintain effective therapy and reduce concerns about incorrect pressure levels. Fowler Boost automatically increases support under the sacral area when the backrest is raised, while HeelCair provides enhanced protection for vulnerable heels through an independent heel zone with narrower cells that can be disconnected as required.

To help prevent “bottoming out”, the alternating air cells include a lower safety cell that remains fully inflated, providing greater surface stability and patient safety. The system also includes an inbuilt BackUp Battery that provides up to 5 hours of emergency power if mains power is lost or disconnected. For added safety, the CairAlert feature offers an optional warning alarm when a patient leaves the mattress or gets out of bed. With a sealed mattress base, service indicator, and detailed error messaging, the ProCair Plus is designed to deliver reliable therapy, practical maintenance, and high-level patient support.
