BetterLiving Community Bed

The BetterLiving Community Bed is designed to provide practical positioning, easier care access, and adaptable support in community and aged care settings. Its four-part profiling design includes electric Hi-Lo height adjustment, adjustable backrest, knee break, and Trendelenburg tilt, allowing the bed to be positioned in multiple ways to suit different comfort and care needs.

A built-in 200 mm base extension adds extra platform length when required, while the lightweight, water-resistant hand controller features soft-touch buttons and a one-touch auto contour function. This raises both the head and knees together to support more comfortable positioning. The bed also includes an auto-regressive backrest to help minimise pinching or shear when the backrest is raised and the mattress folds.

Powered by a reliable Linak electric drive system, the bed is designed for everyday practicality with an easy-to-clean mattress platform, removable mattress retainer handles, and four individual locking castors for manoeuvrability and secure positioning. Easy assembly and straightforward storage also make it a practical option for community and aged care environments.
